At Fusionmovement, we take great care to provide a calm, inspiring and comfortable environment that emanates positive energy. All our classes are offered on a drop-in basis allowing you to create your own yoga practice schedule. With over 40 classes a week we offer the most variety of styles of Yoga; Yin Yoga, Yoga4athletes, Yoga4Kids, Pre-Natal & Fertility Yoga, Restorative Yoga, YogaFusion, Yoga classes with Live Music and our Signature style Prana Flow Yoga which is also offered in a HOT room. Yoga at our studio is for students of all levels, abilities and ages to enjoy.

Coming in September we will also be offering Piloxing , a combination of Pilates, Boxing and Dance. It is the newest fitness craze to hit North America. We are proud to share that we will be the very first studio in Canada to exclusively offer this exciting new program.
